Elestore software price list

Here is our software price list. We operate an open pricing policy - in contrast to the usual practice for comparable products. We have nothing to hide!

Elestore is a very comprehensive software system, which has been in use since 2003 in the Philips group of companies with up to 1 million products and several million attributes.

Rent or buy?

Renting the EleFamily software is extremely attractive, because:

• Renting includes all major and minor upgrades to all future versions - and there is a lot to come - while for the 'normal' licenses upgrades must be purchased separately.
• Renting software allowes you to start with the smallest possible risk, because:
  • Minimum rent time is just 6 months
  • You can export all your data, thus your data is never locked in our software.

So why don't you just try it out in a real life scenario? No investment needed, no time lost for lengthy evaluations and you start at very low pricing for highly professional and very comprehensive software?! If you want to you can still buy unlimited licenses later.

We can affort this,. because we have no greedy banks, venture people or share holders kicking our asses to make the maximum profit. Instead, we want solid and long-term business with customers to whom we can sell even more software in the future, simply because thy like our products.

Why so much value for so little money?

Elestore is very economically priced compared to similar products and the reasons are very simple:

• Due to our location in Slovakia since 1999 we are working very cost-effectively,
  (explanation to non Europeans: Slovakia is a bit to Germany what Mexico is to the USA)
• We want to spread the EleFamily software as widely as possible and
• We work with God but without banks, venture capital or share holders.

SME - Small and Medium Enterprises

SME as defined by the EU can profit from special and very attractive software. Please do ask us!

Definitions

"per system" means, that this module is licensed for one Elestore installation and can be used from all client provided this is technically possible.

"per PC" means, that this module is licensed for one Elestore client separately. Further details in the product and module explanations.

"per PC (EP)" (EP = Elepub) means, that this module must be licensed for every single Elepub client and that does not refer to the Elestore clients without Elepub license.

"per generator" means that this module is licensed for one Elepub generator.

Terms

• Unlimited usage rights for the licensed number of clients (workstations)
• Exclusive of 19% VAT where applicable for EU customers without EU VAT ident number
• Later upgrades require a handling fee of € 200.

Upgrades or "software subscription"

Our software is permanently enhanced and we publish a new release about every 8 months. You can either buy new release with a substantial discount or you choose our "software subscription", which is the safer and cheaper way for professional users of our software.

Renting includes upgrades to all new major and minor releases. You always use the lastest software version.

The concept is simple:

• You automatically get all new releases for your licensed software at no additional costs.
• You get a substantial discount on new products and on additional new modules.
• We ask you to please let us know your wishes, reuirements and requests concerning the improvement of the software in future releases - and we try to implement your request as soon as possible (often its the little things that count).
• You get priority for your support requests.
• You pay a fixed percentage of the license prices every 12 months for the software subscription.
